03 / What we doMAKE COLLABORATION WORK

Two ways to make collaboration work.

Some problems need time to be solved properly. Some moments need a team at its best, now. We do both.

THE STARTING POINT01

The problem is real. It is rarely the whole story.

We start with the result that is not happening. Our tools adapt to your challenge.

Choose a deeper redesign of how work happens, or a focused moment for your team to think, decide and move forward together.

SLOW COOKING / WORK DESIGN02

When the problem is in how the work is designed.

When it makes sense

  • The problem keeps coming back, whoever is in the room.
  • After a merger, an acquisition or a reorganization.
  • Decisions stall between areas, without clear ownership.
  • The client experience is fragmented across teams.
  • A function needs to create more value.
01

Start with the result

We begin with the result you are not getting, and with the people who have to deliver it. What should be happening that is not? Where does it stop?

02

See how the work really flows

We measure how the organization actually works: who works with whom, where decisions stall, where information stops, and what the organization really rewards.

03

Redesign and align

We redesign ways of working with the people who do the work: how teams hand work to each other, make decisions and share information. Then we agree on goals the teams share.

04

Measure what changed

We establish a baseline and agree on what success looks like. We measure again sixty to ninety days later, so you can see what improved.

FAST & FRESH / LEADERSHIP MEETINGS & TEAM SESSIONS03

A new year, a new plan, a new leader, or a team that needs to start pulling in the same direction.

01

03

Team activation

Half a day built around the challenge or topic on your leadership’s agenda right now, giving your team a focused boost to think, create and move forward together.

Practical agreements and a clear next step.

What every format has

  • A format designed around the challenge or topic that matters to your leadership right now, prepared with your team’s own data: a short survey and a few conversations.
  • Design and facilitation by both of us.
  • Decisions, owners and dates.
  • A follow-up to check what changed.

A session is often where the real problem becomes visible. When it does, we can go further.
