Two perspectives on the same problem
Business strategy and design work on your problem at the same time. We connect how the organization creates value with how people think, decide and work together.
Organica was founded by two people with complementary backgrounds in business strategy and design. Together, they connect how organizations create value with how people think, decide and work together. Their approach to Work Design brings structure and collective imagination together to rethink how work happens.
Business strategy and design work on your problem at the same time. We connect how the organization creates value with how people think, decide and work together.
Every project starts with the result that is not happening. The method adapts to your challenge.
Our experience spans strategy, business development, customer experience and design. We work with the people who own the results.
Organica is a certified partner of Smarter Collaboration International and the first in Portugal certified in its methodology.
Deep change when the problem is structural. A single, well-designed moment when that is what the team needs.
We agree on the outcomes and the evidence that will show progress, so you can judge the value of the work.
